    Overview

    Ashby is an all-in-one recruiting platform. Once connected, you can use Odeus to search candidates, manage applications, track interview stages, and submit feedback directly from your conversations.

    Prerequisites

    • An Ashby account with admin or API access
    • Permission to generate API keys in your Ashby organization

    Setup

    Follow [Ashby's API documentation](https://developers.ashbyhq.com/docs) to generate an API key. The key is only shown once, so copy it immediately.
    
    
    
    Go to [Integrations](https://app.odeus.ai/integrations) and find **Ashby** in the list.
    
    
    
    Paste the API key into the configuration field and save.
    
    
    
    Tag the integration with `@` in any agent to start working with your recruiting data.

    • Candidate Management — Search candidates by name or email, view application details, and add notes

    • Interview Pipeline — Track interview stages, list interview schedules, and move applicants through stages

    • Feedback & Scorecards — Submit interview feedback and view existing scorecards for applications
