Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Odeus, operated by Robosapien Limited (“Odeus”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16079321). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Odeus on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Odeus is an enterprise AI workspace that provides multi-model chat, a knowledge hub, custom agents, automated workflows, and integrations. We may update, add, or remove features over time. Some features depend on third-party AI model providers and integrations.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users’ compliance with these Terms. The service is intended for business use by individuals aged 18 or over.

You agree not to use Odeus to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; or
• resell or provide the service to third parties except as permitted by your agreement.

You retain all rights to the content you and your users submit to Odeus. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and secure the service. We do not use your content to train our own models, and your content is kept private to your workspace.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on them. You are responsible for how you use outputs. We make no warranty that outputs are accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.

Paid plans are billed in accordance with your order or subscription. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.

Odeus, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Robosapien Limited and its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

The service integrates with third-party tools and AI model providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will make your content available for export for a limited period before deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local-law rights you may have.
