    To accelerate your work with Odeus, there are a few shortcuts and tricks you can use, like CMD + K.

    Command palette (Cmd + K)

    The shortcut Cmd + K (Mac) or Ctrl + K (Windows) opens the command palette, where you can search your chat history and navigate the app from the keyboard.

    For example, you can:

    • Type a keyword to search your chats
    • Type the name of an agent to jump into a new chat with it
    • Navigate to settings such as language or dark / light mode

    Mention prompts, agents, and knowledge with @

    Type @ in the chat field to bring saved prompts, agents, and Knowledge Hub content into your message. Mentioning Knowledge Hub content retrieves the relevant sections (RAG), while mentioning a Library file brings in its full context.

    Paste a URL to attach a file

    You can attach files to a chat or an agent in two ways:

    • Search for the file by name, or
    • Paste the file's URL into the search field or the chat to find and attach it.

    Odeus App (Desktop)

    We have developed a progressive web app (PWA), which allows you to install the app on your desktop and do not have to open the browser every time to access it. To install it, you can open the browser, go to app.odeus.ai and then click on the Install button in the navbar. You can then add the app on your desktop or in the task bar.

    Which browsers support PWAs?

    Desktop:

    • Chrome, Edge and Safari all support PWAs. The best browser for PWAs on desktop is Chrome.
    • Firefox only supports PWA with extensions

    Mobile:

    • For Firefox on Android, no extension is needed.
    • On Android, Chrome, Edge, Opera, and Samsung Internet Browser all support installing PWAs.
    • On iOS, PWAs can be installed from the Share menu in Safari, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Orion.
    • Firefox only supports PWA with extensions

    How to Install on Microsoft Edge

    Option 1: Install it via the Apps icon in the navbar

    Option 1 to install PWA in MS Edge: Click on the Apps icon in the Search-Bar

    Option 2: Install it via the menu on the right → navigate to Apps → Install Odeus

    Option 2 to install PWA in MS Edge: "... > Apps > Install Odeus"

    How to Install on Google Chrome

    Option 1: Install it via the Apps icon in the navbar

    Option 1 to install PWA in Chrome: Click on the little screen icon in the search-bar

    Option 2: Install it via the menu on the right → navigate to "Cast, save and share" → Install Odeus

    Option 1 to install PWA in Chrome: "Cast, save and share > Install Odeus..."

    How to Install on Safari

    Install it via the sharing menu on the right → navigate to "Add to Dock"

    Install the PWA in Safari by clicking on "Add to Dock"
