How long are files kept in Odeus?

Understand how files are stored in Odeus and how to remove them.

Files are connected to either a chat, an agent, or a Knowledge Hub folder. A file stays available for as long as the chat, agent, or folder it belongs to exists.

To remove a file, delete the entity it is attached to. When a chat, an agent, or a Knowledge Hub folder is deleted, the files connected to it are deleted and cannot be retrieved.
