Odeus is billed through Stripe on a per-seat basis. Each member with access to your workspace consumes one seat, and plans scale from individuals to large organizations. AI model usage in chat and agents is included with the seat, with optional overage for high-volume use.

Managing members
Add or remove members and set their workspace role in user management.
Go to [Settings > Workspace > User Management > Members](https://app.odeus.ai/settings/workspace/user-management/members).
Invite a new member by email, or search the list to find an existing one.
Assign a role: **owner**, **admin**, **billing**, or **member**. Roles control what each person can do in the workspace. See [Workspace permissions](/en/admin/workspace/permissions).
Changes take effect immediately. If no seat is available when you add a member, you will be prompted to confirm adding a seat to your subscription.
Seats
Each workspace member occupies one claimed seat, billed at a monthly or annual rate depending on your subscription. Seat enforcement applies once you reach your plan's seat count — adding another member requires purchasing an additional seat.
When you remove a member mid-cycle, the seat they free up becomes an available seat. Available seats can be reassigned to new members at no extra cost for the rest of the billing period. Any available seats left at the end of the period are removed from your subscription at renewal.

Monitoring seats
The members overview at the top of the members page shows how many members you have and how many seats are still available. Use it to see whether you have room to invite more people or need to add seats.
Usage and overage
AI usage in chat and agents is included with each seat. For users who need more capacity, enable overage to let them continue past their included usage with usage-based charges, capped at the workspace and per-user level.
